1. Task of Coordinator, as decided by Manado Continental Assembly, is done by Chair person who is responsible for all relevant business and the processes within Asia Fellowship of Mission 21 Partners and between AFM with Mission 21.
2. The Executive Secretary comprise mainly administrative and organization function.
3. Working mechanism should be done in accordance with Article of Association section 60 to 63.
4. All financial activities and transactions should be executed by the Executive Secretary under acceptance and endorsement of Coordinator and Treasurer. In relation to other activities, should be done under acceptance and endorsement of Coordinator and Secretary.
5. The Executive Secretary is responsible to Executive Committee of Asia Fellowship of Mission 21 in accordance with Article section 78.

APPOINTMENT OF TREASURER AND EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

1. To appoint Mrs. Pan Li Ju as the acting treasurer.
2. To assign Rev. Nico Gara to meet Rev. Iris Wan for pastoral visit while attending TTM's anniversary.
3. Iris Wan's successor will be endorsed by TTM.
4. To appeal Rev. Welman Boba to continue his task as executive secretary. Three times chances for him to follow the mechanism before we consider about the replacement.
5. Welman has agreed to continue his task under condition as stipulated on the above mentioned Working Mechanism.
6. The criteria of reimbursement includes the travel cost covers ticket fare, airport tax and fiscal fees.

PROGRAMS

1. Research-Study on Cultural Clash between migrant workers and the host people in received countries.
2. Workshop on HIV/AIDS for churches in Eastern part of Indonesia in collaboration with the government of North Sulawesi Province.
